Report a Problem

Thank you for using Virgin's website to report a problem.

This form is intended to report problems one happens to see:  For example,  a stop sign that has fallen over and needs to be fixed, or a water leak you happen to see, or weeds that need to be sprayed, or someplace that needs to be mowed, and so on and so forth.

If you want to report a formal complaint that triggers VULU 2.22, that is a different form and a different process.  Please click here for the formal complaint form. The formal complaint form is to be printed off and taken in to the town hall and filed with the town clerk.  The complainant's signature is required to be notarized.
