LAW ENFORCEMENT:  Virgin currently uses the Washington County Sheriff's Department for its law enforcement.

FIRE:  Virgin is a member of the Hurricane Valley Fire District

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT:  Virgin is currently working to create an Emergency Management Department and Plan
